Music Fiesta™ Returns to the ExxonMobil Albuquerque InternationalBalloon Fiesta® with New Format

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The ExxonMobil Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® is excited to announce the return of Music Fiesta, Saturday, Oct. 10, presented by New Mexico Honda Dealers. For the first time, performances will be incorporated into the evening events, including the Night Magic™ Glow powered by ExxonMobil and the AfterGlow™ Fireworks Show.

Multi-platinum country music star Russell Dickerson will headline this year’s event, bringing his signature blend of heartfelt lyrics and high-energy showmanship to the stage. With six No. 1 hits – including “Yours,” “Blue Tacoma,” “Love You Like I Used To,” and his latest chart-topper, “Happen to Me” – along with more than 4 billion career streams, Dickerson has solidified his place as one of country music’s most dynamic live performers.

Rising country star Dasha will join Russell Dickerson as an opening act. From her 49x platinum hit “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’),” Dasha has quickly become one of the genre’s most exciting new voices. She continues to build on a milestone-filled run, including becoming just the second solo female country artist to surpass one billion streams on a single track.

New Mexico’s own Nathaniel Krantz will kick off Music Fiesta with his mix of country favorites and original music. Based in Albuquerque, Nathaniel has become a favorite at festivals, casinos, fairs, and community events, earning a reputation for his powerful vocals. He has shared stages with nationally recognized artists and continues to deliver an unforgettable live music experience that keeps audiences coming back for more.

The festivities will wrap up with the drone light show, sponsored by Sandia Resort & Casino, followed by the AfterGlow™ Fireworks show.

Tickets for Music Fiesta go on sale Friday, August 7 at 10:00 a.m. and can be found at balloonfiesta.com/purchase-tickets. A separate General Admission ticket is required for entry into Balloon Fiesta Park. Music Fiesta is a rain-or-shine event; no refunds will be issued.
