
(Albuquerque, N.M.) — The Albuquerque Convention Center, New Mexico’s largest publicly owned meeting and exhibit space, including the Jennifer Riordan Spark Kindness Regional Sports Complex has established itself as a premier destination for sporting events, attracting athletes and competitors from across the region. This state-of-the-art facility has become a hub for ACC league play, high school tournaments, practices, and games, offering unparalleled amenities and economic benefits to the local community.
The complex boasts five fully lit, 100% tuft fields designed to collegiate standards, ensuring top-quality playing conditions for all events. The Jennifer Riordan Spark Kindness Regional Sports Complex will host the 2025 USSSA: Spring Invitational on April 12-13, which has an estimated attendance of 2,772, and the 2025 NMAA Baseball Tournament from May 14-17, which is expected to draw 4,900 attendees. The complex features five collegiate-level baseball fields with high-school-level field lighting and accommodates baseball and softball. Amenities include bleacher seating with canopies, a full concession stand, press boxes, locker rooms, and an event room.
The Albuquerque Convention Center also includes indoor facilities for sporting events including courts for volleyball tournaments and home to the indoor track and field. The convention center will host the 2025 Sun Country Volleyball Region Championships May 1-4 which will attract an expected 1,300 attendees. The Fran Hill Exhibition Room hosts volleyball tournaments throughout the year with multiple courts spread across the floor. The room is also home to the indoor track.
