A former U.S. Army Major with Special Operations experience, Filiberto brings elite-level leadership, mission planning expertise, and operational discipline to Pluma’s executive team. His military background is rooted in high-stakes decision-making, logistics coordination, risk management, and team accountability – competencies that directly translate to complex construction environments.
