Esencia de Santa Fe Celebrates First Home Closings, Marking Major Milestone for New Community

SANTA FE, N.M. – Following the recent grand opening of new master-planned community Esencia de Santa Fe, Price Land Development Group is celebrating another significant milestone: the first home closings in the community.

Representatives from Pulte Homes, Price Land Development Group and Esencia de Santa Fe welcomed Mr. & Mrs. Montes to their new home. The homeowners were presented with a special gift from Price Land Development Group to commemorate the first closings – a gift certificate to the local Newmans Nursery allowing them to add their own personal touch to their new home. Developed by Santa Fe Land Development Partners (SFLDP), Esencia is a 277-acre master-planned community that includes market-rate, affordable and ultimately multifamily housing options.
